Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Swedverse, an individually-operated (sole trader) business based at Reprovägen 12, Täby, Sweden, the operator of FRΣYANA ("FRΣYANA", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use FRΣYANA.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be prohibited from using FRΣYANA under the laws of your country, or previously banned from FRΣYANA.
• You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification honestly — impersonating someone else, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or intentions, is a violation of these Terms.
• You may only maintain one account.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at swedverse@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

When using FRΣYANA, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or deceive other members.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate any person, or create a profile for anyone other than yourself.
• Solicit money, cryptocurrency, or gifts from other members ("romance scamming"), or promote another commercial service, product, or website.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mass-message, or otherwise interact with FRΣYANA outside normal, individual use.
• Attempt to bypass our identity verification, safety, or fraud-detection systems.
• Upload photos or videos that aren't genuinely and recently of you.

We may investigate violations and take action, including warning, suspending, or permanently banning an account, with or without notice, at our discretion.

FRΣYANA provides safety features (identity verification, in-app reporting, and Safe Date check-ins) to help reduce risk, but we can't guarantee the conduct of any member, on or off the platform. You're responsible for your own safety when interacting with, meeting, or dating other members — please use good judgment, meet in public places, and use the Safe Date feature when meeting someone in person for the first time.

• Paid tiers (Plus, Gold, Platinum) renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment that doesn't renew or expire.
• You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from Settings; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
• Prices may change; we'll give you notice before any change applies to your next renewal.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own terms.

You keep ownership of the photos, bio, messages, and other content you post. By posting it, you grant FRΣYANA a license to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the service (e.g. showing your profile to other members, running AI-assisted features on your bio or messages if you use them). You confirm you have the right to post whatever you upload.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect the safety of our members.

FRΣYANA is provided "as is." We work hard to verify members and detect fraud, but we don't guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any member, or that you'll find a match. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swedverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FRΣYANA, or from your interactions with other members. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights that can't be waived).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes before they take effect; continuing to use FRΣYANA after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights.
